Senior Manager Sales Planning & Operations

Role Overview

As the central planning and control body for the entire smartphone business with Telefónica, you will develop quarterly and annual plans, coordinate them with relevant departments, and ensure their implementation through consistent PSI control. You will work closely with the Account Director and have direct visibility with management.

What You Will Do

Your tasks include planning and business steering, PSI management and forecasting, controlling and performance-tracking, and collaboration and governance.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You will have direct collaboration with management and high visibility of your work, as well as a home office contract with 2-3 days in the office in Eschborn.

Requirements

• A successful completed economic studies or a comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of professional experience in Sales Operations, Business Planning, commercial controlling, key account management, or strategy consulting
• In-depth experience with PSI or S&OP processes and forecasting
• Strong analytical skills and very secure handling of Excel, SAP, and BI tools
• Strategic thinking and the ability to translate complex data into clear priorities and decision-making templates
• Experience in cross-functional coordination with Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain
• Very good German and good English skills in writing and speaking
