Financial Analyst I

Role Overview

The Financial Analyst I supports the financial management of contracts and projects by tracking costs, analyzing financial data, preparing reports and billings, and assisting with project forecasting and pricing.

What You Will Do

Review historical project costs, monitor time charging, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other project-related transactions, prepare customer billings, financial reports, and other project documentation.

Requirements

• Review historical project costs to ensure financial data is accurate and complete.
• Monitor time charging, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other project-related transactions.
• Assist with project setup and maintenance within Costpoint and Time & Expense systems.
• Prepare customer billings, financial reports, and other project documentation as directed.
• Support the development and maintenance of Estimates to Complete (ETC) and Estimates at Completion (EAC), including analysis of variances to budget.
• Enter and maintain financial information within cost proposal systems and pricing spreadsheets.
• Provide financial reporting and analytical support to operational teams.
• Ensure financial activities comply with established processes, policies, and procedures.
