Role Overview
As a Data Analyst, you will turn ChildFund Australia’s supporter and program data into trusted information that teams rely on to raise funds, understand performance, and make informed decisions.
What You Will Do
You will deliver recurring reporting, campaign data, and key data quality, validation, and reconciliation processes. You will also build, maintain, and improve Power BI reports and dashboards.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You will work in the Data Insights team, gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders, and deliver against them. You will also handle supporter and personal information securely and in line with ChildFund’s privacy obligations.
Requirements
- Strong SQL skills, including writing and debugging multi-step transformation queries
- Experience building Power BI reports, including data modelling and DAX
- Demonstrated accuracy: reconciling figures, validating outputs, and tracing discrepancies back to source
- Experience gathering requirements from non-technical stakeholders and delivering against them
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience
