Inside Sales Representative PFX

Role Overview

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Chubb Fire & Security in Breda. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for small business customers and individuals.

What You Will Do

Answer customer inquiries via phone and email, prepare and follow up on quotes, maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales results, build and maintain customer relationships, and identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and additional services.

Requirements

• Customer-focused, eager to learn, and enjoys interacting with different types of customers
• Clear communication skills, maintaining an overview, and handling actions carefully
• Experience in sales or technology is a plus, but not necessary
• HBO work and thinking level; preferably a diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent
• Commercial aptitude and interest in sales
• Experience with customer contact, for example, from sales, customer service, internal service, retail, hospitality, or a comparable environment
• Interest in fire safety, technology, or building-related services
• Professional and friendly communication skills
• Accuracy in processing quotes, customer data, and agreements
• Ability to maintain an overview of multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
• Basic skills with Microsoft Office and willingness to work with CRM systems
• Good command of the Dutch language
