Role Overview

The People Operations Manager will lead the transformation of the global People Operations function at Cint, combining operational excellence with technology, automation, and AI to build a scalable, intelligent, and employee-centric operating model. The role will work closely with various teams, including People Technology, Employee Relations, and Legal, to create an operating model that is simple, scalable, and built to support a fast-growing international business.
