Role Overview
Join Circle Health Group as a Sales and Marketing Manager to develop and implement a local sales and marketing strategy to support the hospital’s business growth targets. The role holder will cover a flexible shift pattern and be required to work independently onsite with a self-starter mindset and a focus on results.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement a local sales and marketing strategy, identify and nurture relationships with referrers, conduct outreach visits and calls, plan and execute local marketing activities, and manage the hospital’s online presence.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales, marketing, or business development role
- Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently onsite with a self-starter mindset and a focus on results
- Skilled in event planning, campaign coordination, and local outreach activities
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Confident with data analysis, reporting, and CRM platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools
- Experience working in or with private healthcare providers, hospitals, or clinical teams
- Understanding of healthcare sales, patient referral pathways, or consultant marketing support
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Management or related field
- Experience with digital marketing, social media management, or content creation
- Knowledge of compliance regulations related to healthcare marketing
