Senior FP&A Performance Enterprise Manager

Role Overview

The Senior FP&A Performance Enterprise Manager will play a key part in directing the financial planning processes, forecasting, and performance management for enterprise-wide initiatives. This position is designed for a strategic and collaborative financial leader who excels in orchestrating inter-functional alignment and producing relevant financial reports that support informed decision-making for senior management.

What You Will Do

The main responsibilities of this role include leadership of FP&A from start to finish, standardization and governance, inter-functional alignment, CAPEX & OPEX integration, enterprise-wide consolidation and reconciliation, executive-level performance explanations, data-driven decision support, regional collaboration and questioning, and performance gap analysis and comments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or a related field
  • More than 7 years of progressive experience in FP&A or finance, preferably in corporate or enterprise roles
  • Solid experience in integrated planning, forecasting, scenario analysis, and performance management
  • Proven ability to coordinate inter-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
  • Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Good understanding of CAPEX/OPEX integration and capital allocation processes
  • Excellent communication and executive-level result explanation skills
  • ERP and performance management system mastery
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Strategic thinking with solid analytical and execution capabilities
  • Collaborative leader who fosters alignment and accountability
  • Highly organized with excellent prioritization and decision-making skills
  • Comfortable in fast-paced and complex environments
  • Bilingualism required (French and English advanced) both orally and in writing
