Communications Manager

Role Overview

The Communications Manager will coordinate Silicon One’s internal and external communications, manage the publishing flow, and maintain the content library. They will partner with managers and cross-functional contributors to resolve complex coordination issues and improve the quality, efficiency, and timeliness of communications.

What You Will Do

The Communications Manager will coordinate the execution of Silicon One’s thought leadership content strategy, develop and execute cross-functional planning functions, and manage the content creation lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s + 8 years of related experience, or Masters + 6 years of related experience in communications, marketing operations, content operations, business operations, or a related discipline
• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience managing communications calendars, publishing workflows, stakeholder reviews, or recurring executive and employee communications
• Experience administering content repositories or knowledge-management systems, including versioning, tagging, archiving, and search or discoverability
• Previous experience leading a workstream, coordinating professional contributors, or serving as a team lead or supervisor
