Data Analyst – Business Intelligence & AI – SQL | Power BI/Tableau | Python | Automation | 3.5–7.5 Years

Role Overview

The Data & Analytics team helps leaders turn sophisticated information into clear, actionable insights. As a Data Analyst, you will bring strong analytical judgment, familiarity with AI-enabled tools, and a passion for crafting intuitive dashboards that help teams understand what is happening, why it matters, and what to do next.

What You Will Do

Capture business requirements and develop scalable analytics, reporting, and dashboard solutions that support strategic business objectives. Analyze large and sophisticated datasets to identify trends, measure business performance, and deliver quantitative and qualitative insights that influence strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or a related technical or quantitative field
• 6+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, strategic analytics, commercial analysis, business operations, or a similar analytical role
• 5+ years of experience developing dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar business intelligence tools
• 5+ years of experience querying and analyzing large datasets using SQL and platforms such as Snowflake, SAP HANA, BigQuery, Databricks, or similar technologies
• Experience using Python, R, or a comparable language for data analysis, automation, data transformation, sophisticated analytics, or API data develops
• Experience applying AI-enabled tools and generative AI to business problems and reporting workflows with sound judgment and appropriate validation
• Good communication, data storytelling, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and attention-to-detail skills
