Go To Market Operations & Enablement Lead

Role Overview

The Go To Market Operations & Enablement Lead will be the operational partner for marketer enablement and process development, owning the operational enablement roadmap and turning campaign and related go-to-market process standards into clear guidance, training, and repeatable workflows.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will identify and remove bottlenecks across campaign execution, tagging, metadata, and lead management, provide day-to-day operational and data support, and analyze marketing and operational data to uncover inefficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience in Marketing Operations, GTM Enablement, Campaign Operations, Process Design, Marketing Data Support, or a related field.
• Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining operational processes, workflows, or enablement programs within a marketing or go-to-market organization.
• Experience analyzing marketing or operational datasets to identify trends, evaluate process performance, and develop recommendations.
• Experience creating operational documentation, process guidelines, and clear summaries, presentations, or readouts for business and leadership stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) or a marketing automation platform.
• Ability to explain operational guidelines and business rules clearly to non-technical marketers, and to manage recurring operational work independently.
