Role Overview
Join our Security Business Group to design and deliver AI-driven features of Cisco Secure Access product. Work across multiple stacks and domains to build integrations and features that power the next generation of Cisco’s security platform.
What You Will Do
Design and deliver both functional and non-functional product features using AI SDLC, mentor and guide engineers, create a culture of execution excellence, and partner with cross-functional core stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent with 15+ years’ experience in designing, analysing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems
- Experience in building cloud delivered SaaS based security solutions
- Experience with Go, Java, Python
- Knowledge of AI tools, frameworks, or methodologies
- Proven skills in managing a high growth business and scaling engineering teams
