Role Overview
As the Leader of Solution Engineering, you will lead a regional team of Solutions Engineers supporting customers across the Gulf and North Africa and Levant (NALE) regions. You will set the technical direction for the team, align technical resources with business priorities, and partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success leaders to support customer outcomes and help the region achieve its business objectives.
What You Will Do
You will lead, mentor, and develop a team of Splunk SEs, build trusted relationships with customers, provide technical leadership across the Splunk Security and Observability portfolio, and establish consistent technical sales practices across the region.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading technical sales or Solution Engineering teams supporting cybersecurity or observability solutions
- 5+ years of experience working with Splunk Security (Enterprise Security, SOAR, UEBA) and Observability (Splunk Observability Cloud, ITSI, AppDynamics)
- Experience in security operations, threat detection, incident response, and digital observability
- Experience working with customers or leading technical teams in the Gulf and/or NALE regions
- Expertise in IT Operations, Security Operations, and DevOps practices
