Sales Operations Manager

Role Overview

The Sales Operations Manager will own end-to-end management of the sales forecasting process, including data analysis and recommendations to sales leadership. They will build and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce and other Business Intelligence (BI) tools. The manager will analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy, integrating operational insights from multiple domains to advise leadership.

What You Will Do

The Sales Operations Manager will support Annual Planning, including territory design and quota setting within the Splunk Americas Sales and Partner organizations. They will analyze partner demand generation, pipeline health, velocity, and conversion to hit quarterly targets. The manager will establish and monitor rigorous SLAs and KPIs to ensure organizational accountability and alignment.
