Role Overview
As the Senior Director, Business Operations – Americas Hyperscale & AI Sales, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating and aligning key partners across the One Cisco operating model for short term and long-term growth. You will serve as a cross functional planner and trusted advisor, to operationalize cross functional collaboration with strategic partners including the Office of the CEO, Business Entities, Business Units, Supply Chain, and Corporate Strategy as well as run-the business peers across Strategy, Planning & Operations, Finance, Legal, and People & Communities.
What You Will Do
Operationalize and synchronize cross functional planning, alignment, and joint outcomes; orchestrate strategic alignment across Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Business Units, and CX to compress deal cycle time and eliminate friction from conception through approval; optimize business constructs to accelerate deal approval; lead large deal creation and approval processes.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Strategic Planning, Sales Finance, Business Operations or Supply Chain within the technology sector
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field
- Direct experience within a sales organization or sales process (not purely strategy) including exposure to working with customers and closing deals
- Demonstrated success navigating large, complex deals with strategic enterprise customers
- Proven track record of leading through influence, building positive relationships with cross functional teams, executives and external stakeholders
