The Data Analyst will work with various stakeholders to gather operational data, identify patterns and trends, and provide insights to enhance business decision making. The role involves creating reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using reporting tools and data visualization techniques. The Data Analyst will also work closely with internal and external business partners to build, implement, and improve decision strategies.

Requirements

• 5-8 years experience working with Tableau
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts
• ETL processes
• Experience working with Business Intelligence platforms (Expertise in Tableau)
• Proficiency in developing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using reporting tools and data visualization techniques
• Ability to create clear and concise visualizations of key data
• Proficiency in SQL server to manage end to end data flow
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python) and automation tools (e.g., SSIS) for automating report generation, data refreshes, and other routine tasks
• Experience in managing end to end reporting lifecycle
• Tableau Desktop (Expert) and Tableau Server (Intermediate)
• SQL: Strong SQL skills for data extraction and preparation
• SQL Server (Expert) and Oracle SQL (Basic)
• Data Warehousing: Understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience working with various data sources
• MSBI (Intermediate)
• AI Tools: Microsoft Copilot, VS Code is as added advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Banking Knowledge: Good understanding of the banking domain, banking products and Operations in banking is preferred
• Soft Skills: Ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, proactive attitude
• Strong problem-solving skills
