Sales Analytics Sr Analyst – AVP

Role Overview

Citi is seeking an Assistant Vice President within the Sales Analytics team to support the development and delivery of sales performance metrics, client analytics, and management reporting across Markets. Working closely with senior stakeholders and the broader analytics team, the successful candidate will help transform complex data into actionable business insights that support strategic decision-making.

What You Will Do

Produce and maintain recurring sales productivity reporting and performance metrics for Markets businesses, support the development and enhancement of Client Value (CV), Wallet, and sales performance methodologies across products and regions, analyze client, sales, and commercial performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas requiring management attention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Relevant experience in analytics, business intelligence, strategy, finance, sales analytics, or management reporting within financial services or a corporate environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, Python, or equivalent platforms.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
