Role Overview
Design and build application systems that power critical banking operations, working closely with business users and technology partners.
What You Will Do
Build and implement new and revised application systems, lead feasibility studies, oversee development lifecycle, provide operational support, analyze complex technical problems, design security measures, advise users, and mentor junior analysts.

Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in systems analysis and application development
- A track record of managing and delivering successful technology projects
- Working knowledge of project management and consulting techniques
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and adapt to shifting requirements under pressure
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision while exercising sound judgment
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
