Role Overview

The Specialized Analytics Manager provides full leadership and supervisory responsibility, applying in-depth disciplinary knowledge through provision of value-added perspectives or advisory services. May contribute to the development of new techniques, models, and plans within area of expertise.

What You Will Do

Incumbents work with large and complex data sets to evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of business strategies, identifying and compiling data sets using a variety of tools, and documenting data requirements, data collection, processing, cleaning, and exploratory data analysis.

Requirements

• Experience in Digital Banking/Digital Tech/Digital Business
• Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Problem solving, root cause analysis skills
• Ability to focus on multiple priorities and drive solutions in a fast-paced working environment
• Relevant work experience in data quality, data analytics, data management within the financial services industry
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
