Role Overview

The Business Dev Lead Officer is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness.

What You Will Do

Proactively build trusted and productive relationships within our bank assessment areas to promote and generate business to meet and exceed goals. Provide technical training on lending programs/products to external relationship partners and internal partners team on.

Requirements

• 6-10 years relevant experience
• Previous banking experience preferred
• Demonstrated leadership skills, build effective working relationships with bank partners, relationship management
• Exceptional consulting and presentation skills; ability to probe and listen to help clarify inquiries
• Required to register as a mortgage loan originator with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (‘Registry’) and obtain a unique identifier from the Registry before engaging in mortgage loan originator activities, to maintain and renew that
