Director, Retail Deposits Growth & Sales Strategy

Role Overview

The Director, Retail Deposits Growth & Sales Strategy will lead retail deposit growth initiatives across branch and assisted channels, driving checking and savings acquisition, deposit balance growth, household expansion, customer engagement, relationship deepening, and sales effectiveness.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing retail deposit growth strategies, establishing sales performance metrics, monitoring branch and market performance, driving sales execution, leading management and assisted channel growth, and utilizing data analytics to identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 10+ years of progressive experience in retail banking, consumer deposits, sales leadership, distribution strategy, growth strategy, product management, or marketing
• Experience managing consumer deposit products, including checking accounts, savings accounts, deposit acquisition, balance growth, and household deepening
• Experience integrating branch, contact center, and digital customer journeys
• Strong analytical, financial, written, verbal, and executive communication skills
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders within large, matrixed organizations
• Leadership experience within regulated financial services environments
