Role Overview
The Principal Data Analyst will lead high-impact analytics initiatives, own the development of Net Present Value models, and serve as a trusted partner to senior business stakeholders.
What You Will Do
The incumbent will own Deposit Net Present Value (NPV) calculations, lead multiple high-priority analytics projects, and convert ambiguous business questions into data requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, mathematics, engineering, physics, computer science, or a related quantitative field
- 7+ years of experience delivering analytic insights, business data analysis, statistical analysis, or related data-driven solutions
- Strong proficiency with SQL, Python, and other open-source or enterprise tools used for data analysis
- Experience developing cash-flow, profitability, pricing, valuation, or customer-lifetime-value models
- Ability to build strong partnerships by anticipating business needs, shaping strategic outcomes, and influencing stakeholders
