Business Intelligence & Data Insights Analyst – Customer Experience

Role Overview

Assist a senior analyst in producing reliable reports and improving data quality within the Business Intelligence & Data Insights team, attached to the Customer Experience function.

What You Will Do

Contribute to Power BI dashboard creation, data quality control, ad hoc analysis, data model definition, and text analytics/NLP.

Requirements

• Student in engineering school, computer science, data science, statistics, econometrics, business analytics, or equivalent university curriculum
• BAC+5 in preparation: engineering school, data science, computer science, statistics, econometrics, business analytics, or equivalent university curriculum
• Proficient in English, written and spoken
• Proficient in French, written and spoken
• A third language (German, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese) is appreciated
• Good bases in Business Intelligence, data visualization, and modeling
• Excel mastery; knowledge of Power BI and SQL
• Python is an asset
• Interest in data quality, governance, data architectures, and pipelines, especially Snowflake
• Ability to translate business needs into analysis, indicators, or reporting solutions
• Analytical mind, rigor, autonomy, curiosity, and problem-solving capacity
• Structured communication and ease in an international and transversal environment
• Interest in customer experience, statistics, AI, text analytics, or NLP is appreciated
