Role Overview
Contribute to developing new approaches based on data, artificial intelligence, and automation to improve understanding of IT service performance, identify trends and anomalies, and develop a more predictive approach.
What You Will Do
Collect, prepare, structure, and analyze data; develop and improve dashboards and data visualizations; use artificial intelligence to identify trends, anomalies, and weak signals; and contribute to automation of analyses and recurring reports.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The role requires data analysis, artificial intelligence, and automation skills, with a strong interest in data and AI. The ideal candidate has a Bac+5 degree in an engineering school, computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, statistics, or equivalent field.
Requirements
- Data analysis, treatment, and visualization
- Artificial intelligence and machine learning
- Python and/or similar data analysis tools
- Power BI and Excel
- Data manipulation from multiple sources
- AI-generated and automation
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus
- Professional English
