Role Overview
The Contract Financial Analyst will be focused on financial planning and analysis required to support Summit Health site operations and core corporate business functions.
What You Will Do
The position will be focused on financial reporting & planning for individual site P&Ls and operational/productivity metrics, decision support, business modeling, financial reporting, reconciliation & analysis, and performance management of various initiatives.

Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Analytics or related field.
- 0-2 years of progressive experience and demonstrated growth in Finance, Business Analytics or Operations positions.
- Team-focused mentality with the ability to work across many departments with varying levels of staff and management to solve problems and achieve results.
- Ability to process information and plan from both a financial and operational perspective.
- Strong analytical skills, efficient, self-motivated with the ability to follow through and implement process improvement.
- A collaborative mindset capable of building effective relationships, providing thought leadership, and interacting with all levels.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation and informal communication skills.
- Advanced MS Excel/PowerPoint skills.
