Associate Data Scientist

Role Overview

As an Associate Data Scientist, you will work closely with Clinical Data Scientists to facilitate and manage clinical data collection for algorithm development, FDA submissions, and research purposes.

What You Will Do

Collect, clean, and manage clinical data for algorithm development and research; perform data manipulation, cleansing, and analytics on large datasets; apply statistical techniques and develop predictive models using machine learning algorithms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, market research, or data mining
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, D3.js, GGplot)
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques (k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, Decision Forests)
• Applied statistics skills, including distributions, testing, and regression
• Ability to troubleshoot, design, and implement solutions to business challenges
• Strong analytical and communication skills to present complex scientific data effectively
