Channel Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The Channel Marketing Manager is a critical role on the newly-created Strategic Marketing team in Clarios’ US/Canada region. This role will partner with the region’s Marketing, Product Development, Customer Support, Category Management, and Demand Planning teams to deliver customer/channel-specific marketing plans, successfully launch new products, manage partner marketing and co-op funds, and ultimately drive profitable growth through Clarios’ top customer partners.

What You Will Do

Build and run co-branded, omnichannel marketing campaigns with key Aftermarket retail & distribution partners, manage channel marketing budgets and track return on investment, create marketing tools, product displays, and digital assets for omnichannel use, and launch new products on time and in keeping with organizational goals.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in product marketing, product development, category management, brand or channel marketing, or equivalent area
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Must have experience working directly with big-box US retailers, especially club, mass, or auto parts
• Proven track record of managing complex product and/or program launches with multiple internal and external partners
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated experience leading, managing, or mentoring junior team members
