Customer Success Manager (Life Sciences & Healthcare)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Belgrade. The Customer Success team is globally distributed across the US, Canada, the UK, and Europe, supporting a portfolio of strategic global accounts.

What You Will Do

Establishing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders, proactively engaging with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction, loyalty, and trust, gathering and analyzing customer feedback to inform customer success plans.

Why It Might Be a Fit

5 years of working experience in customer facing role (preferably Customer Success), proficiency in English, proficiency in Salesforce, experience working independently with customers across different regions and time zones.
