Senior Software Engineer – Agentforce

Role Overview

Join the IPfolio product and engineering team as a Senior Agentforce Specialist to shape AI-powered experiences across the product by designing, building, and optimizing trusted Salesforce Agentforce solutions.

What You Will Do

Design, build, and optimize Agentforce solutions, work with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Security teams, and drive innovation through Salesforce’s AI ecosystem.

This role requires at least 2 years of experience designing, developing, and supporting solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, APIs, and security models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 2 years of experience designing, developing, and supporting solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, APIs, and security models.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting Salesforce Agentforce solutions in production environments.
• At least 2 years of experience delivering enterprise AI agent, Agentforce, conversational AI, or automation solutions from design through production deployment.
• At least 1 year of experience building AI-powered solutions using Agentforce Builder, Prompt Builder, Salesforce Flow, Apex, APIs, and enterprise data sources.
• At least 3 years of experience working with source-controlled development, CI/CD pipelines, production support, and AI governance practices, including data security, access controls, and performance monitoring.
