Software Engineer, GTM Ops

Role Overview

We’re looking for software engineers who enjoy solving operational problems with product thinking. As a Software Engineer on GTM Engineering, you’ll partner directly with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to understand how work happens, and then build software that fundamentally improves it.

What You Will Do

Build internal products that accelerate Clay’s go-to-market teams, own projects end-to-end, partner directly with GTM teams to identify high-leverage opportunities, build AI-native workflows, design integrations, create tooling and platforms, and help define what modern GTM Engineering looks like as AI transforms go-to-market.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Have 4+ years of experience building production software, are fluent in TypeScript or Python, have experience building internal tools, workflow automation, developer platforms, or customer-facing products, and enjoy working directly with end users and rapidly iterating based on feedback.
