Requirements
- Promote revenue and margin growth
- Sell products and services to clients in specific LOB
- Negotiate and draft contracts
- Scope and quote projects
- Promote knowledge development and dissemination
- Formalize knowledge about LOB of expertise
- Support training of other sales personnel
- Send inputs and review sales budget
- Develop account plans for important customers
- Monitor progress in sales and P&L goals
- Work in tandem with other salespeople
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle dispute and conflicts
- Troubleshoot with clients
- Deliver effective contract and relationship management
