Requirements

  • Promote revenue and margin growth
  • Sell products and services to clients in specific LOB
  • Negotiate and draft contracts
  • Scope and quote projects
  • Promote knowledge development and dissemination
  • Formalize knowledge about LOB of expertise
  • Support training of other sales personnel
  • Send inputs and review sales budget
  • Develop account plans for important customers
  • Monitor progress in sales and P&L goals
  • Work in tandem with other salespeople
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handle dispute and conflicts
  • Troubleshoot with clients
  • Deliver effective contract and relationship management
