CLEAR is seeking a data-driven Product Marketing Manager, New Ventures – Travel to help bring new products and businesses to life across our travel portfolio. This role focuses on increasing attach rates, deepening member engagement, and expanding average revenue per subscriber (ARPU) through high-impact cross-sell and upsell strategies.
Requirements
- Develop positioning and messaging strategies that clearly articulate the value of new products
- Drive attach rate growth through targeted cross-sell and upsell campaigns across in-app, email, paid, and owned channels
- Partner with Lifecycle Marketing to design personalized journeys that introduce add-ons at high-intent moments in the member lifecycle
- Identify behavioral signals and segmentation strategies to optimize offer timing and relevance
- Design and execute experiments to increase conversion, ARPU, and overall member lifetime value
- Collaborate with Product on pricing, bundling, merchandising, and in-product placement strategies
- Act as the cross-functional lead aligning Product, Partnerships, Growth, and Brand to execute seamless launches and ongoing optimization
