Associate – Middle Office & Digital Operations

Role Overview

Join the Operations division, supporting clients and business stakeholders across traditional and digital assets businesses. Perform daily trade capture, confirmation, and allocation, process settlements, reconcile trades, and investigate breaks.

What You Will Do

Perform daily trade capture, confirmation, and allocation, process settlements, reconcile trades, and investigate breaks. Manage the monthly and quarterly Broker Confirmation processes, and assist in building new applications.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You will be a first point of contact for trade processing, settlement, and reconciliation across both traditional and digital assets. You will partner with the Trading Desk, Product, Client Service, Accounting, Risk, and Compliance teams.

Requirements

• 2–5 years in trade operations, middle office, or settlements at a broker-dealer, trading firm, hedge fund, investment bank, or digital assets firm
• Strong knowledge of equity and fixed income trade processing and the full trade lifecycle
• Experience with allocation platforms, Omgeo Central Trade Matching, and the FIX protocol
• Experience working with large data sets and spreadsheets
• Self-motivated, extremely organized, and highly accurate when handling asset movements and client-impacting processes
• Clear written and verbal communication, and the judgment to escalate the right issues at the right time
• BA/BS degree in Finance or a similar major
