Senior Director Financial Operations

Role Overview

Direct complex financial operations across the health system, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission, values, and objectives. Oversee financial management, short- and long-range planning, and growth initiatives for multiple institutes, divisions, and/or regions.

What You Will Do

Develop short- and long-range financial plans, partner with finance division leaders, lead financial operations for key enterprise and corporate finance initiatives, and develop complex business plans to support operations.

The ideal candidate will have 10 years of functionally related experience, including at least five years of demonstrated management experience in a complex multi-hospital healthcare system, and strong analytical and solution-oriented problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 10 years of functionally related experience
• 5 years of demonstrated management experience in a complex multi-hospital healthcare system
• 5 years of experience with direct financial accountability
• Prior experience and a well-established professional network
• Proven leadership in managing relationships
• Ability to function in a matrix management environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented problem-solving skills
