CRO Specialist

Role Overview

The CRO Specialist will lead the intelligence about the customer journey, identify bottlenecks in the conversion funnel, generate robust hypotheses, and promote a culture of experimentation among the Product Managers.

What You Will Do

Monitor and analyze the conversion funnel, identify points of friction, and perform deep quantitative and qualitative analyses to transform insights into incremental revenue for the business.

Requirements

• Consolidated experience working with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Growth, or Product Analytics in technology, e-commerce, or digital products environments.
• Strong methodological foundation in Experimentation: practical experience in designing, executing, and statistically analyzing A/B tests.
• Business Orientation & Revenue: Proven ability to connect product/conversion metrics with financial impact.
• Excellent articulation and influence: ability to work in partnership with PMs, Designers, and Engineers, evangelizing data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of prioritization frameworks (e.g., ICE Score, RICE, PIE).
• Experience in companies with Product Operations structure or automated test governance.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Familiarity with qualitative UX tools (Hotjar, Clarity, Usabilla).
