What You Will Do
You will own end-to-end recruitment, run multiple hiring campaigns, build ready-to-interview pipelines, assess candidates, and coordinate with hiring managers.

Requirements
- Proven GTM recruitment experience within the US IT staffing industry
- Mandatory practical knowledge of LinkedIn Premium
- Experience handling mass hiring and multiple urgent requirements
- Excellent spoken and written communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
- Strong ownership, urgency, proactive follow-through, and a target-driven approach
