Role Overview
The Program/Data Analyst will provide analytical support to optimize the customer’s enterprise agreements, including licensing utilization, entitlement management, and product research.
What You Will Do
Track identity, licensing, and entitlement status, develop dashboards and reports, conduct data analysis, research entitlement management options, and recommend adjustments to the software licensing mix.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, information systems or related discipline
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience
- Ability to present technical findings to both technical and executive audiences
- Experience conducting license/utilization trend analysis in an enterprise Microsoft environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft entitlement and feature research processes
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Admin Center and Entra ID administration
