Performance Marketing Lead

Role Overview

Clients Blackbox is a performance marketing agency specializing in Meta advertising for Registered Investment Advisors. We help financial advisors grow their practices by generating qualified appointments with high-net-worth prospects.

What You Will Do

Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic point of contact, leading client conversations, managing Meta performance, writing direct-response copy and video sales letter scripts, developing testing strategies, and diagnosing where performance can improve across the funnel.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with substantial Meta advertising responsibility
• Experience simultaneously managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills
