Role Overview
You will own the technical design and build of complex Salesforce features, from requirement to production. You will work in agile teams alongside architects, business analysts, QA and client product owners, often presenting solutions directly to client stakeholders.

Translate business requirements into technical designs, build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components, design and build integrations with core banking systems, build and extend Experience Cloud portals, and troubleshoot production issues.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You will mentor junior and mid-level developers, contribute to estimates, sprint planning, and technical documentation, engage directly with client teams in workshops, demos, and stand-ups, and have a clear path to Technical Lead and Architect roles.
