Sales & BDR Enablement Specialist

Role Overview

The Sales & BDR Enablement Specialist will play a key role in improving onboarding, accelerating ramp-up, increasing productivity, and embedding a high-performance sales culture across our global teams. This role will involve delivering engaging sales training and coaching for BDRs and AEs, building and maintaining practical sales playbooks, and driving adoption of enablement platforms.

What You Will Do

Deliver engaging sales training and coaching for BDRs and AEs, coach sales teams through live call reviews, discovery sessions, and customer meetings, build and maintain practical sales playbooks, and drive adoption of enablement platforms.

Requirements

• Experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, Revenue Enablement, or a similar B2B sales development role
• Proven success coaching both Business Development Representatives and Account Executives
• Strong knowledge of modern sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar frameworks
• Experience delivering both classroom-style and one-to-one coaching, virtually and in person
• Confidence providing direct, constructive feedback based on observed sales interactions
• Experience with sales technology platforms such as Seismic, HubSpot, Salesloft, Sales Navigator, or similar tools
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• A data-driven, commercially minded approach with the ability to translate insights into action
• Experience working across global or multi-region sales organisations
• Fluent English required; Spanish is a plus
