Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team at Cloudstaff. The role involves outbound B2B calling to SME decision-makers to secure high-quality, sales-ready appointments for our Business Development Managers.

The key responsibilities of the role include outbound B2B calling, qualifying opportunities, identifying commercial needs, objection handling, and maintaining CRM accuracy.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as B2B appointment setter in the BPO industry or at least 2 years of B2B outbound cold-calling experience in a call center
• Proven expertise in lead generation and/or telesales
• Fluent in English with outstanding comprehension and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and driven to meet sales targets and exceed customer expectations
• Ability to adapt to various customer profiles and adjust sales strategies accordingly
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
