Digital Marketing Manager | WFH

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager owns the firm’s search and digital channels, managing paid search, SEO, website content, user journeys, performance, and delivery roadmap, as well as social media, primarily LinkedIn and YouTube.

What You Will Do

The role involves managing agencies, reviewing results, publishing content, and checking tracking and numbers. The Digital Marketing Manager is measured on its contribution to the pipeline, with a focus on qualified leads and signed matters.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with 3+ years of hands-on accountability for results in Google Ads or SEO. They should be able to audit a Google Ads account and its reporting, and have experience holding an agency to account from the client side.

Requirements

• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Five or more years in digital marketing, with 3+ years of hands-on accountability for results in Google Ads or SEO, ideally both, at a digital marketing agency or in-house.
• Analytics fluency (GA4, Search Console, Semrush or comparable); clear, plain-English writing for emails, ads, posts and web pages.
• Evidence of succeeding in a growing, less structured organization: comfortable with ambiguity and working without extensive specialist support.
