Role Overview

Drive strategic digital marketing initiatives as a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, leading efforts to enhance brand presence and engagement across multiple digital channels.

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, lead multichannel content creation and optimization, and utilize data analytics to drive campaign success and ROI.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 Years experience, Leadership Role in digital marketing or advertising.
• Extensive experience in leading successful digital campaigns across platforms.
• Proven track record in utilizing data analytics for strategic decision-making.
• Hands‐on experience in mentoring and managing marketing teams.
• Ability to perform all of the role responsibilities (particularly around stronger experience in email marketing, design, campaign planning, and presentations)
• Experience: 3-5 years in social media, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably in real estate, software, or a startup environment.
• Marketing degree completed.
• Proficient in website management (e.g., WordPress, Canva, Email Journey Software) and digital content creation; experience in social media (Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Tic Toc).
• Strong numerical aptitude for optimizing conversion rates and tracking engagement metrics.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with an engaging communication style aligned with our brand guidelines
• Passionate, detail‐oriented, with a can‐do attitude; ready to grow in a fast‐paced startup environment.
