Finance Operations Manager

Role Overview

The Finance Operations Manager leads the offshore finance operations team, supporting accounting and transactional finance activities. The role is responsible for managing offshore execution of AP, AR, cash application, and routine accounting tasks, while ensuring strong coordination with the U.S. controllership team and driving automation, workflow improvement, and practical use of AI to scale offshore delivery.

What You Will Do

Manages offshore finance operations team members, establishes daily, weekly, and monthly operating rhythms, drives process automation, and partners with the Controller to transition work offshore.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Requires at least six years of accounting operations experience, two years of people leadership experience, and experience managing recurring finance processes with service-level expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Six+ years of accounting operations, finance operations, shared services, offshore delivery, AP, AR, cash application, tax operations or related experience.
• Two+ years of people leadership, team lead, supervisor or manager experience, preferably in an offshore, shared services or distributed finance operating model.
• Experience managing recurring finance processes with service-level expectations, quality controls, exception reporting, process documentation, and escalation procedures.
