Role Overview
As a Sales Operations Analyst at Clover Health, you will support the company’s agent/agency contracting needs, own the sales playbook, and maintain accurate records year-round. Your responsibilities will include owning agent and agency contracting, readiness and vendor support, performance reporting, enablement and process, and maintaining our sales playbook. You will also support our remote sales platforms, handle operational onboarding for new sales hires, and own process documentation and improvement across the sales operations function.
