Business Development Manager (Technology)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business growth within the Technology sector of our Contract Logistics division. Based at our Truganina Head Office, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and securing new customer opportunities, with a focus on warehousing, distribution, fulfilment and integrated supply chain solutions.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute new business development plans for the Technology sector, identify and pursue new customer opportunities through market mapping, proactive prospecting, networking and industry engagement, build and manage a strong sales pipeline, and develop commercially competitive and operationally deliverable solutions.

Requirements

• Strong experience in business development or solution sales within Contract Logistics, third-party logistics (3PL), supply chain or a comparable complex B2B environment
• A proven track record of securing significant new business, developing sales pipelines and managing complex sales cycles through to contract award
• Sound understanding of warehousing, distribution and fulfilment operations, supported by strong commercial and financial acumen
• Experience leading tenders, developing customer proposals and negotiating commercial contracts with senior decision-makers
• Excellent relationship-building, communication and influencing skills, together with proficiency in CRM systems and sales forecasting tools
