AVP, FP&A Enablement

The AVP, FP&A Enablement role is responsible for establishing and leading the FP&A Hub function to empower standardized, scalable, and technology-enabled FP&A capabilities across the organization. The role owns the FP&A Hub strategy and roadmap, prioritizes business problems for technology enablement, and serves as the primary conduit between FP&A spokes, Finance Systems teams, and enterprise partners.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline
  • Professional accounting designation (CPA) and/or advanced financial planning credentials
  • Project Management certification (PMP)
  • At least ten (10) years of demonstrated experience leading finance transformation and technology enablement initiatives
  • Deep knowledge of FP&A / Decision Support practices
  • Understanding of finance data and systems enablement concepts
