Analytics Data Engineer II

Role Overview

We are seeking an Analytics Data Engineer II to join our Homes.com team to design and scale end-to-end data infrastructure, transforming raw data into high-quality datasets that power both internal insights and customer-facing product experiences.

What You Will Do

Own end-to-end design and deployment of automated data infrastructure, work with product and software engineering teams, develop and implement data quality and pipeline monitoring procedures, design warehouse architecture and infrastructure, and lead business analysis in support of strategic business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited, not for profit, in-person university or college.
• A track record of commitment to prior employers
• 3+ years of experience with SQL, Python, PySpark, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools
• 2+ years of experience with data engineering tools, pipeline creation and management
• Experience with cloud computing platforms and data warehouse solutions such as AWS, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, and Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of AI technologies and hands-on experience leveraging AI tooling in development (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Gemini, Grok)
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
