Manager, Product Marketing

Role Overview

Ten-X is seeking a strategic, hands-on Manager to shape and execute the marketing vision for our commercial real estate marketplace. You will serve as the manager of the marketing function—setting strategy, managing resources, measuring business impact, and partnering closely with Sales and other leaders to accelerate growth.

What You Will Do

Define and execute the Ten-X marketing strategy and go-to-market plan in support of business growth, own the marketing budget, translate marketing performance into clear business insights, and partner with Sales leadership to align priorities, messaging, campaigns, and the end-to-end customer journey.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, from an accredited, not-for-profit, in person, University or College
• 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including experience leading teams or significant cross-functional initiatives
• Demonstrated success as a player-coach who can set strategy and personally execute campaigns, content, or analysis
• Strong executive communication, influence, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing budgets, agencies, vendors, and shared-service relationships
• Practical AI fluency in your own working process
