Role Overview
The Senior Specialist, Finance Systems is a technical lead responsible for managing complex financial system-related incidents, performing critical system administrative tasks, and supporting the development of enhancements and fixes.
What You Will Do
Handle escalations, provide technical support, monitor and track tickets, assist in system testing, report generation, and finance system enhancements.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Strong knowledge of financial systems, experience in finance systems operations, and proficiency in MS Office tools are required.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in finance systems operations and workflow/process mapping within Finance departments
- Strong knowledge of financial systems, preferably Elite 3E
- Background in BPO or Shared Services is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Knowledge of SQL Server, VBA and Visio is a plus
