Role Overview
This role provides data and analytical support to the team by extracting and preparing data from various sources to create advanced statistical analyses and predictive models.

Develop regular and ad hoc reports, ensure data integrity, and deliver insights that enable informed decision-making for ministry challenges.

Requirements
- Bachelor degree (preferred)
- 2+ years of related experience (required)
- Experience using R, SAS, Python (strongly preferred), or SQL (strongly preferred) for data analytics
- Familiarity with Workday Reporting, Workday PRISM, and/or other large-scale Human Capital Management (HCM) systems preferred
- Basic familiarity with Databricks or a strong willingness to learn and adopt the platform quickly
